Dear Parent /Carer,

We will be holding our Year 11 Parents Evening on Thursday 25th January 2024 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm. As students move towards their exams in the summer, it is an important time for teachers to speak to parents about progress made so far. They will discuss any areas for development to support your child working toward their target grades, and to help them plan for their intended destination after Year 11. 

The school will be operating both a virtual online system between 4:00 - 5:00pm and a face to face session in the Academy from 5:30 - 7:00pm. The link to make all appointments can be accessed at: https://priesthorpe.parentseveningsystem.co.uk/. Please note the time when booking your appointments. If you would prefer an online appointment then choose a slot between 4.00 - 5.00 pm. All other appointments will be in person in the academy canteen.

The booking system allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers from each subject area. You will also be able to speak with Christine Humberstone, our Careers Advisor, in school between 5.30 and 7pm, about applications to Post-16 colleges and Apprenticeships. No appointment necessary. This is very much advised if applications have not yet been made already.

When you have booked your appointments, you will receive an email confirmation. Each appointment will last for 5 minutes.
