Dear Parents/Carers,
 

We will be holding our Year 10  Parents Evening on Thursday 14th March from 4:00pm – 7:00pm.  Parent consultation is a vital time for teachers, parents and students to engage in high quality dialogue regarding progress. Attendance is therefore strongly recommended.

The school will be operating both a virtual online system between 4:00 - 5:30pm and a face to face session in the Academy from 6pm - 7:00pm. The link to make all appointments can be accessed at: https://priesthorpe.parentseveningsystem.co.uk/. Please note the time when booking your appointments. If you would prefer an online appointment then choose a slot between 4.00 - 5.30 pm. All other appointments will be in person in the Academy canteen. 

The booking system allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers from each subject area. When you have booked your appointments, you will receive an email confirmation. Each appointment will last for 5 minutes. If you do not have internet access please contact the  Academy so we can arrange appointments on your behalf.
