Dear Parents and Guardians,

Personal Details & Consents need to be updated

As we begin the new school year, it's important that our school records are accurate and up-to-date. We use an online system called Arbor to hold and manage all pupil information, which helps us ensure that we have the correct details for every student.

We would be grateful if you could log in to the Arbor Parent Portal or mobile app to review and update the following information for your child:

• Ethnicity: Please confirm your child's ethnic background.

• Nationality: Please confirm your child's nationality.

• Language: Please specify the languages spoken and also the language spoken at home prior to your child starting primary school.

• Mode of transport: How does your child typically travel to school?

• Spelling of names: Please double-check the spelling of your child's full name, including middle names.  Exam entries and certificates are entered using the name on Arbor.

In addition to this, we are also required to ask for your consent to hold certain types of data. 

• Payments in the Canteen: This includes biometric information, which is necessary for our cashless payment system at the canteen. Using this system allows your child to pay for their meals quickly and securely without needing cash.

• Photographs & Internet Use: To provide this consent and other consents such as Internet use and use of photographs please navigate to the Consents section within the Arbor app and update the information as required. 

All information can be viewed/accessed by clicking on View Student Profile on the Main Dashboard of your child’s profile.

Your cooperation in keeping our records accurate is greatly appreciated and ensures we can provide the best possible support for your child.
