Dear Parent/Carer,

We are writing to remind you of details regarding our next MYCAT event.

On Wednesday 25th February it will be the Year 9  MYCAT day, the Academy will operate on a modified timetable. Please take note of the specific arrangements for your child’s year group below:

Early Finish for Years 7–10

Students in Years 7, 8, 9, and 10 will finish their lessons early at 1:00 PM.

Lunch Arrangements

To ensure all students are fed before departing or continuing their studies, lunch will be served at the following times:

• Year 10 & Year 11: 12:05 PM

• Year 7, 8 & Year 9: 1:00 PM

Year 11 Students

Please note that Year 11 will follow their normal full-day curriculum. As they continue their vital preparations for upcoming GCSE examinations, it is essential they remain in school for their usual supervised lessons and revision sessions.
