Dear Parents, Carers, and Families,

We are delighted to invite you to the Co-op Academy Priesthorpe Community Iftar on Wednesday, 4th March at 4:00 PM. Following the incredible success of last year’s event and our Carols and Mince Pies, we are looking forward to bringing our whole community together once again to share a meal and celebrate.

Event Schedule

The evening will begin with a small presentation featuring both our students and staff. Following this, we will move to the dining room where dates and water will be provided to break the fast.

For those who wish to pray, there will be two prayer rooms available on-site. The main meal will then be served systematically, with guests being called up by table to collect their food.

Ticket Information

To ensure we can provide a high-quality experience for everyone, we are asking for a small voluntary contribution toward the event:

• Individual Ticket: £2.50 per person

• Family Ticket: £10.00 (for a family of 5)

Please note:

• Tickets will be available to purchase from 8th February.

• All payments and tickets must be processed via ParentPay.

• Spaces are strictly limited to 200 guests, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Stalls and Donations

We are also looking for members of our community to run stalls during the event. If you are interested, we ask for a small donation to the school; you are then welcome to keep any further proceeds for your own chosen charities. Please email siobhan.simms@coopacademies.co.uk 

If you are able to help, run a stall, or provide a donation to support the event, please let the Academy office know as soon as possible.
