Dear Parent / Carer,

At Co-op Academy Priesthorpe, we are incredibly proud of our community and the high standards our students maintain, particularly in how smartly they wear their academy uniform.

In line with our shared Co-op values, specifically Show You Care and Succeed Together, we are moving forward with our academy sustainability initiatives by launching a Pre-Loved Uniform Donation Scheme.

Purchasing new school uniforms can be a significant expense for families, and children often outgrow their clothes well before they wear them out. By donating items your child no longer needs, you will be directly supporting other families within our Priesthorpe community and also helping us reduce textile waste and protect the environment.

How You Can Help

If you have any current, branded or unbranded academy uniform items in good, clean condition that your child has outgrown (or will no longer need if they are leaving us this term), we would be incredibly grateful for your donations.

We are particularly looking for:

• Priesthorpe jumpers and ties

• Branded PE kits

• White standard school shirts 

• Standard school trousers 

• Clean school shoes

Donation Drop-Off Details

• Where: Donations can be dropped off at the Main Academy Reception.

• When: We are accepting donations immediately, during standard academy hours. (8am till 3:45pm)

• Condition: We kindly ask that all items are washed and bagged before being dropped off.

 

Succeeding Together

Once collected and organised, these items will be made available to families later this term to ensure every student has access to the uniform they need. Further details regarding how to access our pre-loved uniform resource will be shared with you shortly.
