We are delighted to work in partnership with On Trak and will be hosting our 2nd Great Bike giveaway. Please see the information and details below.

LOCATION: Co-op Academy Priesthorpe

TIME: 10:00 am

Important Rules for a Smooth Event:

To ensure everyone is safe and fair, the following rules must be followed:

• Attendance: 1 Ticket = 1 Child (up to 16 years).

• Everyone Present: Both the parent/carer AND the child receiving the bike must be present in person. You cannot claim a bike for a child who stayed home.

• Adult Supervision:  Any child/young person without a responsible adult will not be admitted.

• Right Fit: The bike must fit your child. If it is too big, you cannot take it.

• Handle with Care: If your child changes their mind, they must return the bike nicely (not drop it) to avoid damage.

• No Riding: Riding bikes inside the compound is strictly prohibited for safety.

• No Saving:  You cannot stand and "save" bikes for others in the queue.

• Leave promptly:  Once you have chosen your bike, please exit the compound so we can let the next group in.

We ask that people are patient, courteous, and polite to the volunteers.
